Senior Pastors
J.C. & Kimberley Neff
Pastor J.C. is a 1985 RHEMA Bible Training Center graduate. He served for 26 years as Senior Pastor of New Beginning’s Church in Effingham, Illinois, along side his wife Jessie, who passed away in November 2020. They returned home to Terre Haute in 2017 to become the Senior Pastors of FOC.
Pastor Kimberley is a 1995 RHEMA Bible Training Center graduate and a 2017 Cornerstone Word of Life School of Ministry graduate. She served at CWOL for 26 years, most recently as the School of Ministry Administrator.
Pastor J.C. and Pastor Kimberley met in October 2021 and married, July 22, 2022. Their combined time in the ministry spans over 40 years. Pastor J.C. is an excellent Bible teacher on faith, who we are in Christ and how our sonship provides us the way to live an abundant life. Pastor Kimberley is a preacher on who we are in Christ and running your grace race.
Pastors J.C. and Kimberley have a mandate to minister God’s restoration power and help people everywhere know that God is always about restoring and making all things new and that through the Word and move of the Spirit, every person can walk in victory and be overcomers in the life.
